Delivery Information
1. Delivery Times
Once the product’s production is completed (within the 10 working day period), the shipping process will begin immediately.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Greece: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 5-7 working days
- Rest of the World: 7-10 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays that may occur.
3. Shipping Fees
- Greece: Free shipping
- International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Additional taxes or customs fees may apply for international orders, depending on your country’s regulations.
Return Policy
At Dimitra Sarridou, every pair is handmade and crafted specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure the correct size, color, and details are chosen.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Made-to-Order Policy: Since our shoes are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes in preference, sizing issues, or color selection once the order is confirmed. Therefore, only in special cases will exchanges be accepted, requiring the product to remain intact in the original box, as received, with the receipt.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Condition of Return: If a return is authorized due to a defect or mistake, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and receipt. The product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
2. Return Process
If a defect is proven to originate from their side, follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will review your request and provide you with return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving the return approval.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For returns due to defects or errors, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
- For returns that are not due to any error on our part (if authorized), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and verified. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the crafting process begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
